OPM & OPM+

We are shortly due to unveil a brand new image and website we will also be changing the name of our products from OPMTeam and OPMCluster to OPM and OPM+ with additional changes to space we provide with standard subscriptions;

OPM will be for 5 to 20 users and include a standard 500Mb of server space.

OPM+ will be for 25 to 500 users and include a standard 1Gb of server space.

We are also planning on offering OPM (5 users) FREE to selected Charities...

New Project Notes Feature

The New OPM project notes facility provides a fully featured online whiteboard for each project, all project users can collaborate, share ideas, brainstorm, edit and add text as required, simple to use and very effective. Simply click on the notes tab in any project, add your text and click the update button. Your changes will then be visible to all project users online!

File and task association

We have now added the ability for files uploaded to projects to be linked to tasks.

Users viewing tasks can now see and open associated files for that task in a pop-up window directly from the task window.

The linked task is also now also shown in the file approval page. To link a file to a task simply upload the file and select the task to link it to after adding the file description. Multiple files can be linked to each task if required.
