We have now installed an online user support centre that offers a knowledgebase of frequently asked questions, a download area with useful downloads and a support area where users can submit support questions. The system automatically checks the knowledgebase to see if the question has been asked before and suggests solutions if at all possible.You can access our new support centre here http://opmcreator.helpserve.com/index.php there are also links to the support centre in the FAQ sections of the system.
